Our Online Booking System.

Let’s talk about our NEW online booking system…

We are very excited to share our new online booking system with all of our beautiful clients. We have designed this system to make booking your future appointments quick, easy and simple. With our message inbox filling daily, we knew something had to be done to speed things up for our clients, because we know waiting around for a response can sometimes be frustrating.

So our online booking system has ARRIVED!

By clicking the ‘Book Now” button you will be directed to our service menu where you can browse our full range of treatments as well as their duration and pricing. If the treatment you would like to book requires a patch test (at least 48 hours prior to your appointment) you are able to book this at a convenient time for you. Your patch test must be booked separately to your appointment (the only downside to our system) to ensure the required time before your treatment appointment.

Our system allows you to book more than one treatment for your appointment (e.g Dermaplaning with an Eyebrow Wax & Tint) for ease of booking. It will only allow you to book treatments that are able to be carried out during the same appointment, as some treatments are not suitable to be combined. For example, I would not recommend Lash Extensions and a Facial for the same appointment. So these will need to be made as separate bookings on different days.

When you book an appointment through our online booking system, you are given two payment options at the time of booking. You can proceed to book your appointment and pay in full at the time of booking (nice and easy without having to worry about a payment method on the day) or you are given the option to book your appointment and pay at your appointment (again, another easy option).

If you choose to pay at the time of your appointment, our online booking system will still ask you to enter your payment card information, but your card will not be charged at this time.

This card capture feature is in place to ensure that all of our clients (old and new) are adhering to our Cancellation Policy. Your card details will only be used in the event that you DO NOT attend your appointment and fail to cancel/inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for our full T&C’s (don’t worry, this also appears at the time of booking for you to read through).
